I have always played the ‘big sister’ role in my friendships, priding myself on being the person that others rely on - and as a result I had very draining, complicated and unreciprocal female friendships. But it wasn’t all their fault.

In this episode I unpack how I’ve taken responsibility for my part in this pattern, how I’ve reclaimed my power and learned to welcome in abundant, generous reciprocal female friendships. The kind that LITERALLY leave a skip in my step and remind me why it’s vulnerability is worth it.
