Today on the Digital Discotheque, we have our remix of Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes' "The Love I Lost," released off the "Black and Blue" album and sung by the late Teddy Pendergrass.

For years, this song was a staple of the dancefloor, combining somber lyrics with a soulful beat to make for an excellent track. And now, with a new intro, a long break showing off some unreleased adlibs by Teddy, and an extended outro featuring an isolated guitar track, we're bringing this track to a whole new generation.
