As Emirati women in STEM, Shamma Alkhoori and Budoor Alyousuf are studying computer science and bioengineering at NYU Abu Dhabi and currently studying abroad at NYU in NYC. With hopes to break gender stereotypes and show that engineering can be feminine, Shamma and Budoor credit the ease they felt entering STEM fields to the UAE.
