Greetings and prosperity to you all. welcome to this week's exploration of rhythm and meditation. Today I will give you a brief update on some of the amazing activities we will be a part of this week in Chiang Mai Thailand. From soothing sounds to mindfulness breathwork, Join us on a journey to discover the perfect harmony for you. My name is Atum Sphinx and this is a Sphinx Vibe.

This week we will have our Wednesday Music circle as always starting at 6PM, located at the Wonderful retreat space Amaravati in the Mae Rim Area of Chiang Mai thailand. We will sing different mantras stemming from multiple spiritual practices as we learn to release tension and to play.

Amaravati also offers spa, swimming, Yoga, music courses, and vegetarian meals. So Whether for our music circle or just a get away. I invite you all to come out and immerse yourselves in the freedom . Also happening at amaravati, This Friday, there will be a ceremonial breathwork and sound journey. Hosted by Professional Breathwork and Movement facilitator Cody Pizer, and music will be led by the Ceremonial Musician Maida Gayle. Starting at 5PM March 8th. You do not want to miss it.

New Wave Medicine Music Gathering will be held on March 9th starting at 3pm. This will be a 1 day music festival where Myself and multiple different artists will be sharing in mantras, meditation, and dancing. so if you are looking for a day filled with community, check out newwavemedicine.co on instagram..So that is some different updates going on this week.
