This video shows a Chevrolet Truck of the Long Range Desert Group (LRDG) in North Africa, May 1942, firing the .5-inch Vickers machine gun from a mounting in the rear. These were re-purposed Mk V tank guns and gave the LRDG some automatic light anti-armour capability to go alongside their bolt-action Boys Anti-Tank rifles.
