★Ingredients
🍴Keema curry rice
⏰20-30mins
*1/2 onion
*1/2 eggplant
*1 bell pepper
*50g (2oz) mushrooms
1 tomato
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp grated garlic
vegetable oil
200g(7oz) minced meat
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp sake
1 tsp chicken stock powder (or 1 cube)
2-3 tsp curry powder
butter
sunny-side up egg
coliander
*you can choose any vegetables but the total of * should be 300-400g (10-15oz)

🍴Curry rice croquettes
⏰25mins
rice
leftover keema curry
salt & pepper
curry powder if you want
mozzarella cheese
egg
corn starch
panko

🍴Omurice
⏰25mins
1/2 onion
50g (2oz) mushrooms
100g (3.5oz) boneless chicken thigh or bacon/sausage/shripms
butter
300g cooked rice
2 tbsp ketchup
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
salt & pepper
3 eggs
★sauce
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp cream or milk
1 tbsp sugar

🍴Korean spicy chicken
⏰25mins
200g (7oz) boneless chicken thigh
1 tbsp mirin
salt & pepper
corn starch (or potato starch)
vegetable oil
sesame seeds
★sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp grated garlic
1 tbsp gochujang
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp mirin

★About seasonings

——Substitute for Mirin and Sake—-
If you can’t find mirin or sake in your city, you can substitute them like this👇

For 1 tbsp mirin use either:
1 tbsp sake + 1/2 tsp sugar
or
1 tbsp white wine + 1/2 tsp sugar

For 1 tbsp sake use:
1 tbsp mirin
or
1 tbsp white wine

It won’t be exactly the same, but still works 😋
