Time to Moto Man is back in the garage to install another mod to the 2021 Tiger 900 GT Pro. To reduce some of the strain on my shoulders on long rides, I added the SW-MOTECH 20mm bar risers. The risers elevated the bars for a more comfortable ride. This is an easy modification for most applications. However, my Hepco & Becker handlebar guards that mount to the OEM riser presented a challenge. The SW-MOTECH supplied bolt is 110mm and wasn’t long enough. Finding a M10 X 1.25 X 120 or 130 bolt for less than $25 each is nearly impossible. So, I improvised for the time being.

There’s not a Haynes service manual for the Tiger 900 so finding torque settings is also difficult. I ended up subscribing to the Triumph Technical Information website to find the proper specs. Triumph Service Manuals: https://triumphtechnicalinformation.com/
