Today we are going to show you how to meal prep for the entire week with home grown ingredients from our food store. We grow a LOT of food and do not want to waste any of it. Meal preping makes it so easy to organise our harvests.

Menu

Roasted tomato Soup
Bulb of garlic
Fresh tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste

Butter Bread

2 tbs butter
1 cup milk
3 tbs honey
pinch of salt
1/2 cup active sourdough starter
3 cups and 2 tbs bread flour

cookies

120g butter
140g sugar
egg
1tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
150g semi sweet chocolate chips

Mayo

1 cup oil
1/2 tsp of powered mustard seed
1tsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 lemon (optional)
pinch salt

roasted beetroot

one small onion
chopped beetroots
bulb of garlic
