The larch valley hike is a very popular hike for watching beautiful larch colours in the rockies and best part is you are surrounded with mountains from all the side .
This is easily my top larch/fall hike of all time .
The secret to get best shots and beautiful views is to dodge the crowd and start early in the morning around 5 am so you can see the beautiful sunrise and the colours will pop up once the sun comes out.

p.s Moraine lake parking lot gets full around 5-5:30 am in this season because lots of people want to do this hike so make sure you reach the parking lot before 5 to reserve a spot for yourself .
