Washing raw chicken has been discussed for several years, but how to clean chicken is another issue. Should you wash chicken or don't wash chicken? If you do decide to was it, great care has to be taken in preparing uncooked chicken. The sink and the entire area where it is extremely likely that fluid from the chicken could splash, MUST Be sanitised. This would avoid contamination of the kitchen.
