Sleeping Early:
The Prophet ﷺ disliked sleeping before ‘Isha and disliked conversation after it.

“Whoever wakes up at night and recites the prescribed words, then asks Allah for forgiveness or makes any supplication, it will be accepted. And if he performs wudu and prays, his prayer will be accepted.”

Last third of the night:
“Our Lord descends to the lowest heaven in the last third of the night and says: Who is calling upon Me that I may answer him? Who is asking Me that I may give him? Who is seeking My forgiveness that I may forgive him?”

Best prayer after obligatory prayers:
“The best prayer after the obligatory prayers is the night prayer.”

Suhoor:

Istighfar:
The Prophet ﷺ used to seek forgiveness more than 70 times a day.

Intention for night prayer:
“Whoever goes to bed intending to pray at night but sleep overcomes him, he will have what he intended, and his sleep will be charity for him.”

Dua for help in worship:
“O Allah, help me to remember You, thank You, and worship You properly.”
