Join me again for FND awareness month.

Last year you shared your amazing stories, this year id like us to try something completely different.

A video of us doing a famous dance craze.

If you want to be a part of it, all you would have to do is send me a short video of you doing the moves to something like the Macerena, 5678, Saturday Night or even Thriller.
Maybe we can do multiple songs, depending how much interest this gets.

You can do the moves standing, from a chair, from bed, while holding a stick, with a walking frame. However you want to.

You can do it as a group, make up your own moves or adapt the famous dance into your own version and something your more comfortable with.

Again, I'd like anyone who it affected by FND in some way to join.
Whether you have a diagnosis, are awaiting one, are a friend, family member or carer to someone living with FND.

I'd like everyone to come together just like we did last year and raise awareness in a fun, new way.
