Rizal (Luneta) Park - My First Dancing Fountain!

As far as I am concerned this park is the park! When coming from our province of Ilocos Sur to migrate in Quezon City, our parents, spearheaded by my father made it a point to really expose us to our new place of residence, I don't just mean Quezon City, I mean at the time there was still no Metro Manila so the adjacent cities and municipalities! The usual places like, Manila Zoo, Parks & Wildlife, Quezon Memorial Shrine, boat trip to Corregidor to name a few. Even my uncle took turn to show us around, so we went on a trip around Laguna De Bay. Even the domestic airport we visited, we have photos of us kids in the tarmac and we were not passengers! It was indeed a reunion of some sort as I saw the familiar Luneta features as I mentioned in the video.

This video is related to my other video "Quezon Memorial Shrine," "SM MOA Eye Bay Area Amusement Park," and "Jones Bridge" with regards to lighting. Here in this park I witnessed my first "dancing fountain" and if I am not mistaken it was lighted also. It was a sight that have influenced me since my childhood. I will always be fascinated by these fountains, all types. Especially now that the combination of music, lighting and mechanical sophistication that makes the fountain sways or dances to the music.
