Acting Inspector General of Police, Gilbert Masengeli, says the National Police Service (NPS) is fully prepared to counter the anti-government protest scheduled for this Thursday. Speaking at the Embakasi ATPC after a strategic meeting with regional police commanders, Masengeli told the both organizers and participants to adhere strictly to the law and avoid any looting or destruction of properties.
