Learn about the Microsoft security changes that will cause disruptions in email and workflow functionality in Dynamics GP in versions 18.2 or older. Effective October 2022, Basic Authentication protocols will be removed and the Modern Authentication protocol activated to secure online Exchange and hosted Office 365 from possible cyber-attacks. Some GP users may already be noticing email and workflow functionality disruptions.

The intended audience for this session is Dynamics GP users currently using email and/or workflow functionality in GP and are on Dynamics GP 18.2 or an older version such as GP 2010, GP 2013, GP 2015, GP 2016, or GP 2018.
