I want to see the essence of life clearly. Experience it deeply. Celebrate what is underneath this dance of distraction.
When I let, all the little discomforts, worries and complaints fall away, I awaken a beautiful heart of joy.
My 2024 mantra is:
Clear gut, clear mind,
Clear heart, clear body,
Clear aura, clear soul.
Clear vision, Clear goals
Then I repeat it replacing the word clear with healthy. Healthy belly, healthy brain . . .
