Don Don Donki, also known as Don Quijote in Japan, is a popular Japanese discount chain with over 160 stores worldwide. Known for being open till late (some shops are open 24 hours) and packed aisles, they have expanded to several Asian Pacific markets such as Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Malaysia.

You can hear the Don Don Donki theme song playing on loop throughout the store, and keep an eye out for their blue penguin mascot, Donpen. Outside the store, enjoy wagyu grilled sweet potatoes and matcha vanilla ice cream.

This three-storey Japanese outlet store has a unique shopping experience with various zones on each floor.

Store Layout:

The Ground Floor (GF) consists of Gashapon capsules, jelly, confectionery, nuts, Japanese delicacies, chocolate, sweets, and ice cream, with special sections: Halal corner and Sweet Potato Factory.

The First Floor (1F) consists of fruits and vegetables, meat, seafood, sushi bento and side dishes, cooking condiments, groceries, coffee and tea, drinks, desserts, and ramen, with special sections: Alcohol corner.

The Second Floor (2F) consists of oral care, hygiene products, skincare, cosmetics, men’s items, healthcare, household wares, and general merchandise, with special sections: Dining area, Gashapon capsules, Tomita Seimai, Uohama, and Donburi House.
