Nerd App Remote IT Support Session

In this video I show you guys what it's like to help someone out on the nerdapp platform. This is like Uber for IT support guys. If you like to work service desk this would be a perfect gig for you! I am not showcasing my troubleshooting abilities here, as I was not able to solve the customer's issue, but I did have a good time and they were pleased with the service.
