UNCHARTED 4 Chapter 18: NEW DEVON – THE STEALTHY APPROACH - CRUSHING

There are a few videos available of these encounters on Crushing, but not so many that attempt an entirely stealthy approach. I must have done this mission a thousand times and crushed many more necks.

Note that throwing grenades will not make the enemies spot you if you are careful, go back into hiding and are hiding well. It is risky, and can get you spotted if you are directly in front of the enemy or if the game glitches. I guess you could say that this is not completely stealthy when you have grenades blasting left and right, but this makes taking enemies out easier especially if they are far away and it avoids getting close and personal, and consequently, getting spotted. Besides, we wouldn’t want to ruin Drake’s precious parrot hair, would we? And who doesn’t like to see Nadine’s men fly like ragdolls?

Marking these jokers also helps so you don’t get surprised by one popping up right next to you.

So many things can go wrong here that patience really is a virtue.
