Welcome back to our Home Brew Tutorial Series. Today, we're showing you how to brew with an Aeropress using the Jonathan Gagné Method.

This process is much longer than the inverted method we showed you last week and requires some additional equipment that doesn't come with your Aeropress. You'll need:
Roughly 15 minutes
Around 250ml of 210F water
About 18g of your coffee of choice (medium-fine grind)
An Aeropress
The Fellow Prismo
Coffee Grinder

The benefit of this method is that you'll add about half of your water into the Aeropress before your coffee. This helps to wet the grounds out more quickly and evenly, which helps to create a higher rate of extraction and a little sweeter, smoother cup of coffee in the end.
