How do you respond to your current life experiences? Do you find yourself enjoying positive moments while resisting those that are uncomfortable or unfulfilling? Many of us navigate life this way, focusing on what pleases us and avoiding discomfort. However, what if we shifted our perspective to accept that every instance of suffering is viewed as an opportunity for transformation? Spiritual healing begins when we recognize the need to heal our consciousness and turn to God. By taking responsibility for our role in this process, we enable healing. When we see suffering as a stepping stone rather than a stumbling block, we open the door to growth. Remember, God works through us, not for us.
