Did you know that powerful graphics cards can be used as a mining device for crypto currency? It's something I was aware of, but I assumed it would be way too hard to setup.

Recently Norton Antivirus announced that they are building crypto mining into their already-robust antivirus software. This is a huge game changer for people with a powerful GPU like most PC Gamers have.

For most of us this card spends 93% of the day idle and doing absolutely nothing. Now you can turn that idle time into actual Ethereum tokens using the mining pool that Norton and Coinbase have setup.

The best part is it's a One Click Setup. You read that correctly. You literally just click one button and it sets up crypto mining on your rig. It's SUPER easy. I was actually shocked at how simple they made it. This is by far the easiest way to mine for Ethereum using your computer's GPU.

I've been a Norton Antivirus customer for a really long time so I'm used to paying for their services and I use them on all my devices just for safety. Having this feature integrated is a huge benefit because it has already payed for my subscription fee for Norton in the first month of use. It's mining a lot of money!

I'm also a recent Coinbase customer and I have bought and sold a lot of crypto currency using their app on my phone. I highly recommend both Coinbase and Norton Antivirus. They're two companies that I trust so that's why I had no issues giving this feature a try and so far it has worked out great.

In this video I'll also talk about heat and how hot my card gets while mining is running. I will also show my PC and discuss the various things I do to try to keep the heat down on my PC. It's not a huge issue, but I think it's something everyone should think about when using the crypto mining feature.
