The game play is extremely similar to the TV show, with the player choosing a case in the hope of having the highest ticket value on the board.

After selecting a case, the player then eliminates cases in each round as prompted until the dreaded banker makes an offer. The player then either takes the deal, or hits "No Deal" to continue playing in an attempt to better the offer.

Control panel features buttons to represent briefcase positions and two large buttons one for DEAL and one for NO DEAL.
