We all know that the US government ordered extra tariffs to India.
The US warned that if no deal is made, Indian goods exported to America will face 25% extra tax.
Now, that tax has officially started.
Still there has not reached a trade agreement and discussion is going on.
The US also accused India of buying crude oil from Russia.
But India did not accept this pressure.
Prime Minister Modi said India will handle the crisis without surrendering.
Because of this, Indian companies exporting textiles, leather, steel, IT, and pharma products to the US will be affected.
For example, an Indian product that costs 100 dollars will now cost 150 dollars in America.
This may reduce buyers in the US.
However, India is not completely dependent on the US market.
Trump tried calling Modi 4 times through telephone but Modi did not speak to him.
A German newspaper reported this news, but it did not mention the exact dates and times of the calls.
So this is not true, maybe fake news.
But US President Donald Trump has also issued a harsh warning to China.
Because China is planning to stop sending earth minerals to the US.
China is the world’s top supplier of these minerals, used in mobile phones, electric cars, satellites, and defense weapons.
If China stops exporting them, America will face serious problems.
Trump warned that if that happens, he will impose up to 200% tariffs on Chinese products.
This shows America is currently in conflict with two major Asian powers – India and China.
Experts say this trade war could affect the global economy, increase prices, and create new political tensions worldwide.
