What is happening in the Canadian housing market? Are we finally going to see the Canadian real estate market crash that everyone has been talking about? With two months of the deferral cliff behind us we were supposed to start seeing cracks in the Canadian real estate market or even worse, yet the Canadian housing market bubble was going to pop, the Canadian housing market crash would be in full swing. It was predicted that the Toronto hosuing market and the Vancouver real estate makret would see massive house price declines. Instead prices continue to climb as the Canadian housing market settles into a more normal fall real estate market. This is your November 2020 Canadian housing market update.
