Speaker Biography: Claudia Chiocchini, Staff Scientist R&D, received her PhD in Biochemistry in 2006 from the Phillip Univ of Marburg gaining expertise in protein chemistry and molecular biology. 2006-2007: PostDoc at the LMU (Munich) working on DNA repair mechanism. 2007-2012: Scientist in special manufacturing at GeneArt GmbH. 2012-2014: Scientist in R&D at Life Technologies, since 2015: Staff Scientist in R&D at Thermo Fisher Scientific.
