As you step into this new chapter of your practice, it’s the perfect time to pause and reflect on what you no longer need in your life. Perhaps it's a feeling you’ve been holding onto, a habit that no longer serves your well-being, or even certain people or situations that drain your energy.

Before we begin, take a moment to set up your space — make it feel cozy and welcoming.

Plug in your headphones to really immerse yourself in the experience. Maybe light a candle or burn some incense to set the mood. This is your time to slow down and tune in.

Creating a little ritual around your practice helps signal to your mind and body that this is a moment of care and reflection. So, make yourself comfortable, take a deep breath, and let’s begin this journey inward together.
