This three-week workshop series is focused on assisting parishes in the identification, training, and empowerment of their Small Group Leaders. It provides parish leaders with insights into defining their ideal candidates, effective recruitment techniques, and comprehensive training strategies.

WEEK 1 you'll learn from our home parish, Church of the Nativity's Small Group Experts: Susan Aldridge, Adult Discipleship / Small Groups Team Leader and Kelly Lippenholz, Leadership Development & Training. They will share 3 key strategies for building up Small Group leaders.
WEEK 2 you'll hear from one of our Partner Parishes who is excelling at small group leadership within their parish, and how they apply the key strategies for their own leadership recruitment and training.
WEEK 3 we'll speak to the most asked questions that arose during the speakers presentations, provide how-to's and tools to start and streamline your processes.
