Nintendo bad like the video now

here's a paragraph of text while the video is uploading bc i feel like it.
so basically what's happening is nintendo is copyright striking channels all over youtube again. nintendo has done other stupid stuff in recent years too and i wanted to go over those things in this video.

for example, nintendo has sued a couple over 12 million dollars for their rom website called loveroms, copyright stricken music channels, and most notably, sent out cease and desist orders for numerous things, like melee tournaments - the big house - splatoon tournaments, which has sparked the hashtag #freemelee and #savesmash

so basically a nintendo held splatoon tournament with a nintendo sponsored grand prize of a whopping $25, had four teams that referenced and supported the free melee movement in their team names. nintendo was like yeah nah bro, and withheld streaming rights from the splatoon tournament, which basically killed it since no one could watch it. everyone pissed, there came another splatoon tournament not held by nintendo themselves, with the grand prize of like $1500 or something, which is way better than a $25 gift card. I don't think that tournament got canceled thankfully.

but yeah, nintendo is a fat hot steaming mess to end off this 2020. hopefully 2021 will look a bit brighter for nintendo fans and nintendo alike.
