This build was showcased at E3 2004, with the precise build date being May 21, 2004, at 14:22:59. Interestingly, it’s virtually identical to the Preview Disc or the Trial version distributed with pre-orders. The only notable difference is that this build uses a widescreen mode where the "a work in progress" text and the button prompts appear within the active gameplay area, rather than on the black bars.

It was dumped back in 2006 using an NR Reader along with a custom NR-compatible version of a Freeloader disc. This setup allowed to boot a prototype of the PAL version of Phantasy Star Online Episode I & II, which was then used to leverage the Phantasy Star Online BBA exploit for the dumping process.
