MIDE architetti has designed a welcoming and refined brick villa, developed on two floors and characterized by large windows that offer stunning views of the surrounding park.
On the ground floor, the open-plan living area, facing south, overlooks the garden and is sheltered by a spacious portico, creating a seamless connection between the interior and exterior. Also on the ground floor, an internal patio further enhances natural lighting and creates a visual link to the garage.

On the first floor, the sleeping area consists of a study and three bedrooms, including a master suite with a private bathroom and open-view shower. A striking feature is the panoramic terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape.
The materials selected for the project were chosen to highlight the volumes and spaces: the exterior façades are made of exposed brick, while the interiors feature wood and smooth concrete, contributing to an elegant and contemporary atmosphere.
