Episode Notes:

1. Games included:
Power Stone (1999)
Marvel vs. Capcom: Clash of Super Heroes (1999)
Street Fighter Alpha 3 (1999)
Giga Wing (1999)
JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (1999)
Plasma Sword: Nightmare of Bilstein (1999)
Street Fighter III: Double Impact (1999)
Resident Evil 2 (1999)
Tech Romancer (2000)
Resident Evil: Code: Veronica (2000)

2. Most games captured via the Framemeister using the Sega Dreamcast PACKAPUNCH RGB 480p SCART cable.

3. I hate the Dreamcast controller for fighting games. I really do advise a Total Control 3 or arcade stick for them.

4. Every one of these games saw a western release, a refreshing change from the days of the Saturn.

5. This was the last great era of arcade games with genuine ports to a console. Most of the stuff we saw after the Dreamcast, were just emulations. I actually appreciate the idiosyncrasies of ports. Sometimes it meant that a game played just different enough to have an identity of its own.

6. A few of these games are still DC exclusive and very much worth owning. In particular, I recommend at least trying Tech Romancer and Plasma Sword.
