The Taco Guys - Salsa "Verdish" (Recipe Edition) 🌮

The Taco Guys show you how to make their killer "Salsa Verdish" using simple and fresh ingredients.

Salsa Verdish

Ingredients
3 serano peppers
2 large jalapeños
4 dry chiles de arbol
8 peeled tomatillos
2 roma tomatoes
1 whole white onion quartered
5 cherry tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
chopped red onion
1/2 lime

(Salt and pepper to taste)

Directions
Roast all veggies and tomatoes then boil for 15 min. Drain, blend, and add salt, pepper, and chopped up cilantro and onion to garnish.

(Serve hot or chill)

For mild salsa, use only 1 jalapeno and 1 serano (remove seeds)
