This video shows the areas which cann expect to see the penumbral (partial) and unbral (total) parts of this eclipse. Unfortunately, many of them are over water, but not all of them. However, many regions will experience a partial solar eclipse, among them Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, The southern Pacific Ocean, Antartica, and central Chile North up to Santiago

IMPORTANT: (in South America the eclipse will occur LATE ON NOVEMBER 13, In Australia, New Zealand, and Indonesia it will occur EARLY ON NOVEMBER 14, so make sure you do not confuse the dates accidentally. Believe me, it is not as hard to do as you may think. Take it from someone who confused the date of the Venus transit and missed it)

Cairns Australia is about the only sizable city which will experience totality, so if you live there, consider yourself lucky and DO NOT OVERSLEEP because totality will begin shortly after the sun rises.
