At lvl 40 in Test Drive Solar Crown is actually where the real fun starts. At this level you will unlock the high end supercars from brands like Lamborghini & Ferrari. You have to be careful with your choice cuz the things here are expensive. One of the fastest cars (at the time of making this video) in the game the Ferrari Superfast is unlocked at this level and you can buy it. Anyway i went for the Lamborghini Huracan Performante cuz of the AWD. I will buy the Ferarri Superfast or the Ferarri Pista as soon as posible tho.
