This is a hidden questlike exploration objective, named "reflections of a painted world" . To complete it you have to restore the giant work of graffiti on Tezcatepetonco Range. It is divided in three quests. You have to complete all of them and then talk to the Will of the giant grafitti by sitting on a specific place, to also get the achievement and a luxurious chest.

1)Complete the quest “The mystery of Tecoloapan Beach” :    • The mystery of Tecoloapan Beach | Hid...  
2) Clear two puzzles, which consist of two colourless areas
3) Complete the hidden exploration objective “Kuntur’s Pursuit”

By completing the quest “Kuntur’s pursuit” ,by restoring the legendary mural, you will also get the achievement “Every picture tells a story”. If it doesn’t show up check for it in the Wonders of the World achievement section.
