This weekend is the Full Moon. The moon energy is that of devotion, compassion & love. It is a time of going inward and nourishing our own hearts and each others. Join me for the slow, deep, Yin Yoga, Meditation, Dharma & Free flow class. The energy that we are will inspire your free flow movement. It is an invitation to listen inward and be guided. The practice of Metta, Loving Kindness, will support the slow, long holdings of the Yin Practice and bless your own heart and others without bias.
