You can get all the skills as a fighter by spending 15 points to unlock skill and then pressing keypad + to add one and then refunding the points. This leaves you with 2 points left over.

Lastly I unlock debug mode by typing 'razzle dazzle root beer' then press alt + shift + k then select skill 21 and amount of 5. This gives you the spell 'zap' at skill five. Not at all necessary but i do it for completeness sake.

The only true legit way to unlock all skills sans the zap spell is to play thief.
