Planning Pod offers a 14-day free trial for our event management software, venue management software or floorplan builder tool. Most of the features are available in these trials so you can determine if Planning Pod is the right fit for your needs.

When you are ready to subscribe, we offer both yearly and month-to-month subscription options (with a discount for the yearly option). You can create a full subscription from inside your trial account, and it will convert your trial into a paid subscription. To manage your subscription, just go to the Subscription area in your account to view/change account details and download receipts.

In this video we're gonna take a look at how you can create and manage your planning pod account. The first step in creating an account is to start a free trial so from the marketing website we're gonna click on the start free trial button and here you would just fill out some basic information to start your free trial. We do not require a credit card to start a trial. Once you're in your trial if you want to create a paid account you would just click on your name and click on the subscription item right there or you would just click on the subscribe now button. Once you've done that you can select the package you want to go with and our packages go by a number of maximum events that you can have open or active in your account at any given time. You would then add your credit card information and once you've added all that information here is the paid account. To manage that account click on your name and again select the subscription option. Here you can upgrade or downgrade the package that you're in simply by clicking on the change package button there and all of our packages here are on monthly or yearly subscriptions. You can update your primary credit card that we bill every month or you can also add a backup credit card right there. You can also put your account on hold or cancel your account right here. You can view all of the billing receipts on your account right here and you can download a receipt on your account by clicking on that receipt button. And finally you can add up to 3 emails to receive billing statements and notifications right there so if you need to add your accountant that is where you can add them. That is how you can create and manage your account and your packages on your Planning Pod account.
