Exploring the Multi Level Big Horn Mine

Went up and explored the amazing Big Horn Mine with my buddies Austin, Daniel and Karissa. Big thanks to them for making this explore possible. This mine was started in 1895 when Tom Vincent came across a large quartz vein while hunting Big Horn sheep, hence the name of the mine. Quite a few very cool features inside and outside of the mine including square set timbering, cribbing, room and pillar method mining, ladders, ore chutes and a lot more! After the mine we headed to Vincent's cabin which he lived in for decades and still has a few artifacts scattered around the site. Contrary to what I said in the video, the mill was constructed sometime in the early 1900's and not the late 1800's. Hope you enjoy and in advance thanks for watching!
