Jesse Tate Cave is a small cave located in southern Jennings County. The main entrance sits in a bluff approximately 200 yards from Graham Creek. There is a small waterfall just outside the entrance. The first 500 feet of the cave is easy walking passage, averaging 6 feet tall. At this point the ceiling narrows, with stoop walking soon turning to crawlway. The cave widens out and light can be soon seen. As you progress towards the sink entrance, it gets a little tough due to the low ceiling, and once you emerge, you are in an oblong sinkhole approximately 20x15 feet next to Highway 3.
