2. Laal Maas

Laal Maas when translated from Hindi literally means red mutton, and this is what exactly this dish is. A dish so fiery, it is not for the faint-hearted. The dish is prepared using exotic spices like the famous Rajasthani Lal Mirch, garlic and a generous serving of yogurt.

This dish is accompanied by chapatis that are made from wheat or bajra. This dish is made mostly during the summer.

3. Mohan Maas

6. Ghevar
