Load Balancer:
The Azure Load Balancer is considered as a TCP/IP layer 4 load balancer, which uses the hash function on the source IP, source port, destination IP, destination port, and the protocol type to proportionately balance the internet traffic load across distributed virtual machines.

In This Lab Exercise we are are going to create
1.Create an Availability Set
2.Provision one windows 2012 Server in that Availability Group and Install IIS web server.
3. Create a Load Balancer and Create Policy to Include the Server in Availability Group
4. Use the LB DNS ip and check the default IIS page is getting accessed
5, Create a Snapshot of the Server Disk.
6.Create New Disk Image out of Snapshot
7.Launch VM from the Disk Image
8. Update the default IIS page
9. Use the LB IP to confirm you still getting access the first web server
10. Shutdown the First web server
11. Now use the LB ip and check the second server IIS page is appeared
