Ingredients:
1 pound ff ground turkey
2 cans of tomato sauce
DAKS seasonings (MARANDADAKS gets you 10% off and shipping is always free)
Italian Blast and Green Zest are the flavors you will need
12 dry lasagna noodles
1c fat free cottage cheese
1/2c low fat ricotta cheese
2 eggs
8oz Trader Joes lite Mozzarella

Directions:
Spray your pan down with your non stick spray, add a heaping spoonful of minced garlic, and about 1/4c (you can always add more or less of this) of the diced onions. Stir those for a few minutes together. Then add 1 pound of fat free ground turkey. Once the turkey is cooked all the way through add your 2 cans of tomato sauce. Then add your DAKS seasons ( Italian Blast, and Green Zest ( MARANDADAKS gets you 10% off and shipping is always free). I added just by taste. I would say I did about 1.5tbs of each flavor. Cover your meat mix and let it sit for a few hours on low to let all the flavors really settle in.

45 minutes before you are ready to put your lasagna together cook your noodles. To do this you will grab a 9x13 dish and place 12 noodles in the pan. Add HOT water until all the noddles are covered. and let it sit for 30 min. While your noodles are cooking lets make the cheese base for your dish. Grab a bowl and add 1c ff cottage cheese, 1/2c of low fat ricotta cheese, 2 eggs, and your DAKS Green Zest. Mix it all up well.

Once you get all this mixed now its time assemble your lasagna and make your layers. Here is what I did:

Layer 1:1/3 Meat sauce on the bottom of the pan
Layer 2: Noodles (3) side by side and 1/2 Cheese Mixture
Layer 3: Noodles (3), 1/3 meat sauce and 1/3 of your mozzarella cheese spread out.
Layer 4; Noodle (3) 1/2 Cheese Mixture, 1/3 of your mozzarella cheese spread out, 1/3 of meat mixture
Layer 5: Noodle (3) finish off with your mozzarella cheese

Cover with foil and bake in a Pre Heated oven at 350 for 30 min and then remove the foil. Let it bake for an additional 15 min.

Slices into 8 portions and is 5sp with WW Freestyle per serving
