There are few thngs that cheer up a day more than the aroma of freshly baked bread, and it's a great way of having delicious fresh food on a boat at any time without using a fridge or freezer.
This is a fully detailed instruction of the entire bread making process; once you've seen this video you'll be able to make your own fantastic loaves too!

Imagine coming down below after a challenging time in the cockpit to mouth watering warm fresh bread. My Contessa 26 only has a small 2 ring spirit stove so making bread has been out of the question till now.
I found this Swedish stove top oven and decided to give it a try. You'll see how fast and economical it is, and how good the results are in this video!
