It does not get any easier than this circuit. This circuit will do what you need without the use of IC's or very many components. Circuit uses a 2n3904/ksp2222a/nte123ap type transistor. The type & rating of thermal switch is up to you to choose(I used a 45 deg Celsius/113 Deg F), as well as the input voltage.
