A NACC for not looking too hard

The recent ‘report’ from the National Anti-Corruption Commission on the Paladin affair has got me thinking, is the NACC working as intended? After the disappointment of the NACCs decision not to bother looking into any of the Robodebt referrals, and now this, really makes you wonder.

This is about a week late. Life got in the way.
