It didn’t get better.
The days got as dark as the nights.
And then there stopped being a difference.

Mental health. Suicide awareness. Real life — without pretending.

This is just me.

I’m done.

Done with hypocrisy.
Done with agendas.
Done with people talking about care while refusing to actually listen to the person in front of them.
Done with mental health being discussed endlessly while real people are left alone with it.

I didn’t hide this.
I didn’t carry it quietly.
I said it. I showed it. I stayed.
And it didn’t matter.

My nights got darker.
Then my days followed.
Now it’s just dark. All the time.

There’s no lesson here.
There’s no motivation.
There’s no “push through.”

This is what happens when someone has nothing left to give and no reason to keep performing for people who don’t actually want to hear them.

I know what comes next from here won’t look like what came before — because there’s nothing else left to repeat.
Whether there’s meaning or there isn’t.
Whatever comes next, I’m done pretending the question isn’t there.

This isn’t a conversation starter.
This isn’t content.
This is me being finished with pretending this is fine.
