What is Endometriosis?
- हमारे पिछले Video में हमने बताया था कि Endometriosis एक ऐसी Condition है जिसमें Endometrial Tissue, जो आमतौर पर Uterus की अंदरूनी परत में पाया जाता है और Menstruation के दौरान बाहर निकल जाता है, कुछ मामलों में Fallopian Tubes के माध्यम से Peritoneum में पहुँच जाता है। कई Factors Endometriosis के विकास का कारण बन सकते हैं, लेकिन क्योंकि Uterus Reproductive System के सबसे निकट है, Endometriosis के होने के Primary Locations में से एक Uterus की Muscles के अंदर होता है। इसे Adenomyosis कहा जाता है। Adenomyosis में Uterine Wall, विशेषकर Posterior Wall, मोटी हो जाती है।

Common Locations of Endometriosis
- Uterine Muscle (Adenomyosis): यह सबसे आम स्थान है जहाँ Endometriosis विकसित होता है, जिससे Uterine Wall मोटी हो जाती है।
Ovaries: Endometriosis Cysts, जिन्हें "Chocolate Cysts" कहा जाता है, अक्सर Ovaries में बनते हैं।

Fallopian Tubes: Endometriosis का एक और आम Location।
Uterosacral Ligaments: ये Uterus के नीचे और पीछे स्थित होते हैं। जब Endometriosis इस क्षेत्र को प्रभावित करता है, तो इसे Deep Endometriosis कहा जाता है, जिसकी Severity भिन्न हो सकती है।

Other Locations Endometriosis Can Affect
- Endometriosis Bladder, Intestines (Small Intestine), और कम ही मामलों में अन्य Areas जैसे Lungs, Diaphragm, और Jaw को भी प्रभावित कर सकता है। Endometriosis के Unique Cases में Heart के Pericardium में भी पाया गया है। हालाँकि यह Rare है, लेकिन ये Examples दिखाते हैं कि Endometriosis Pelvic Region से बाहर भी फैल सकता है, जिसे Extra-Pelvic Endometriosis कहा जाता है।

Impact on Reproductive Health
- Endometriosis एक Pelvic Disorder है जो Pelvis को प्रभावित करता है और Reproduction पर महत्वपूर्ण प्रभाव डाल सकता है। क्योंकि यह Reproductive Health को प्रभावित कर सकता है, Endometriosis के Patients के लिए Experts से Consultation करना महत्वपूर्ण है। हमेशा किसी Genuine Expert की सलाह लें बजाय Non-Specialized Opinions लेने के।
