🇻🇨St.Vincent/Caribbean Stewed Chicken

This island girl do not measure her seasoning. I pour until the Lord says that's enough. Stew can be eaten with any starch such as, breadfruit, potatoes, yams, dasheen, pies, rice, bread, etc.
Recipe
3 leg quarters chopped into pieces (I took all the fat off my meat)
Salt
Green seasoning
Goya
Paprika
About 1 tsp ketchup or less/use a small Tomato if prefer
Red pepper flakes
half of a small onion
2 gloves of garlic
2 mini yellow bell peppers(any color bell peppers of your choice)
*Extra salt to taste after you pour in water.
Do not exceed or go beyond my time else your sugar will burn and this will result in bitter taste.
